The Endorphasm Foundation aims to empower cancer survivors to reclaim their lives through movement, alongside fellow survivors and caregivers. Our team of certified cancer exercise specialists safely guides participants through a 12-week program, tailored to assist those recently diagnosed, undergoing, or completing treatment. This program focuses on rebuilding strength, stamina, and confidence lost during their cancer battles. Eligible survivors in the Richmond, VA metro area can access this program at no cost. After completing the 12-week program, our aim is to connect you with community-based programs that we can assist in placing you with.

Who Is Eligible to Join? Adult and pediatric cancer survivors who:

– Were recently diagnosed or completed their treatment within 18 months.
